Slikback, the Nairobi-born producer, is a disruptor in every sense. His music — often dark, heavy, and frenetic — channels African percussion through a post-industrial, electronic filter. Performing globally while staying based in Africa, he asserts that experimental, underground African music has a place in the world’s most progressive soundscapes.
